We collect name, address, date of birth, email, telephone contact numbers, medical information,
and attending school in order to register the pupil. By submitting your details, we assume consent to use it for administrative purposes.

- to provide you with information about activities and to deal with your requests and enquiries.
- for "service administration purposes", which means that we may contact you for reasons related to the service or activity you signed up for (eg. change of details regarding a class etc.)

We use the named company below to store personal information for us and manage our pupil registers . Where we have this arrangements there is always a contract, memorandum of understanding or information sharing protocol in place to ensure that the organisation complies with data protection law.
The Curzon School of Dancing is a member of the National Association of Teachers of Dancing. They collect and hold information to administer the taking of qualifications and issuing of certificates to successful candidates. They will hold the certificate information indefinitely so that they can confirm it is genuine to any interested party.
The Curzon school of Dancing uses iZettle as its card payment system. We collect mobile numbers to provide a receipt of transaction.
Once a pupil leaves, we retain sufficient information to identify the pupil. This allows the pupil to be reactivated if the pupil re-joins. The Curzon School of Dancing relies on legitimate interest as the legal basis for retaining this information.
